I’ve worn many hats.

Prior to joining UConn, I interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as part of their Graduate Student Honors Business Program. I've worked at Intel Corporation, where I was recognized for team-building and outstanding contribution to corporate social responsibility. I've also worked in senior, principal, and consultant-level product development roles at Dell Technologies, where I was recognized for successfully leading projects related to cloud computing and virtual technologies—and for demonstrating commitment to core values and product quality.

Here's a sample of what I worked on in the tech industry:

  • Led and executed a critical process optimization project for a cross-functional sustainability operations team that manages the firm's product stewardship program.

  • Supported 15 new product launches from planning through completion: reduced review time, circumvented schedule slips, and delivered complete solutions by collaborating with cross-functional, globally dispersed teams. Integrated content from two major acquisitions into existing product lines.

  • Managed a geographically dispersed team for a next-generation software application. Developed and implemented project strategy, created and maintained project wikis for each release, and drove release readiness meetings prior to final releases. Coordinated with development teams across the U.S. and India to manage updates as part of an aggressive development cycle for a $35M product line for the government and financial services sectors.

  • Authored and published customer-facing documentation for a flagship software application which generated $500M in annual revenue. Became subject matter expert for next-generation enterprise resource management software.

  • Recruited new hires, interviewed candidates and presented recommendations to executive director as the team grew 80% in 12 months.
